BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

To oversee the hiring and training of office employees. To host office meetings and conduct performance reviews for all employees. They may also oversee layoffs and budget cuts across departments to maintain their company’s financial health.

 

The goal is to ensure that our organization is always staffed with the best and most reliable individuals and that they are correctly utilized to fulfill our mission.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Oversees the successful operations of an office and its employees.

· Counseling any employees struggling in their roles.

· Answering telephone calls and emails from professionals and clients and directing them to relevant staff.

· Make difficult decisions to uphold the company’s overall health.

· Meet with the Executive Director to review budgeting needs and department projects.

· Monitor and order office supplies.

· Organize the office layout.

· Create and maintain office budget.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor in business administration, human resources, social studies, or a relevant field.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, handle vendor contracts, and other tasks.

· Organization and the ability to multitask to complete various tasks.

· Flexibility to help adjust to new tasks should the company or office need to change.

· Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees, clients, or organizations stakeholders daily.

· Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees.

· Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly

· Ability to give full attention to what others say, motivate, develop, and direct people as they work.

· Working knowledge of databases and MS Office (knowledge of Excel)

· Able to communicate effectively with diverse people.

· Excellent organizational and team coordination abilities

· A pleasant, outgoing personality
